Ghunto is also known as Varadiu in Gujarat, Varadiu means a dish that does not use a single drop of oil and is made only by steam.
Drink peas along with all winter vegetables and fruits and boil for 4 hours to make jhunto.
Ginger, lemon, orange and white turmeric (which looks like ginger, easily available in winter), tomatoes, tadarjani bhaji, dill leaves (sepu / subha bhaji), methi bhaji (methi bhaji), choli (green beans / french beans), Eggplant, Potato, Cauliflower, Cabbage, Guar, Pea, Heroism, Petal Seed, Green Chhola, Karala, Raw Chilli, Coriander, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Yam, Carrot, Green Onion (Spring Onion), Green Garlic, Mogri (Mugri / Radish) (Pod), radish, green onion, green pea, sweet potato, potato, tindora (tondli / kokinia), galka (sponge karla), turiya (kalakura), tindia, coriander, mint, beet, ghuto. More than 33 varieties of vegetables including fruits like apple, pomegranate, banana, papaya etc. Fruit, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, badia (star anise), javintri, tamal pot (bay leaf), salt and water.
Cut the vegetables with fruits into small pieces, fill a pot with water and boil it and put all the vegetables in it. Then shake with a wooden handle. Thus, after boiling and mixing all these vegetables and fruits for 4 hours, it becomes like a thick gravy and it is ready to eat.
