Weather Forecast: Heat wave continues in many parts of the country. According to the meteorological department, heatwave is expected at isolated places in Rajasthan, Jammu Division, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, South Punjab, South Haryana and Delhi from June 4 to 5. At the same time, heat waves will be seen in Vidarbha, Jharkhand, Inner Odisha and Chhattisgarh from June 4 to 6, while in South Uttar Pradesh and North Madhya Pradesh from June 4 to 8.

According to the IMD, over the next two to three days, heatwave conditions will prevail over isolated parts of northwestern and central India.
Rainfall activity is expected to increase in the southern peninsula of India from June 7.
Over the next 5 days, heavy rains are expected in northeastern India and sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim.
The Meteorological Department has issued Yellow Alert for Hate Wave in some parts of Delhi.

According to Skymet Weather, cyclone circulation in eastern UP and adjoining areas remains low. A trough extends from eastern Uttar Pradesh to Bihar, sub-Himalayan Bengal and from Assam to Nagaland. While a trough extends from coastal Andhra Pradesh to Chhattisgarh and Inner Odisha.
Seasonal movement during the last 24 hours
Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh and Karnataka received light to moderate rainfall.
The rest of Northeast India, Sikkim, Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep recorded light to moderate rainfall.
– Scattered rains were observed in Kerala and coastal Karnataka. Light rains have fallen at one or two places in Inner Tamil Nadu, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir.
The heat wave continues in Rajasthan, parts of southwestern UP and Delhi NCR.

According to Skymet Weather, light to moderate rains are expected in Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, sub-Himalayan Bengal, Andaman and Nicobar during the next 24 hours. It may rain at one or two places in South Inner Karnataka. Light showers are expected in Odisha, coastal Andhra Pradesh, Marathwada, southern Madhya Pradesh and Goa. Simultaneously, heat wave conditions are possible in Rajasthan, Vidarbha, UP, Madhya Pradesh and Delhi-NCR.
