Weather Update: Different types of weather are being observed in different parts of the country. It is snowing in the mountains and it is raining with severe cold in the plains. Meanwhile, a new update from the Indian Meteorological Department is coming. According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rains are expected in four states of the country from January 11 to January 13. These states are Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Odisha. Cold, fog and rain are expected in most parts of Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat and Rajasthan. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued yellow and orange alerts for rain in several states in the coming days. An update on the rain situation in Delhi has also been released. Heavy rain forecast in 4 states

Talking to ANI news agency, senior meteorologist RK Ginamani said that western disturbances are likely to hit the eastern part of the country from January 11. This western disturbance will pass through the central and eastern parts of the country and cause heavy rains. Orange Alert has been issued for Odisha on January 11 and 12. It may rain on January 11.

The IMD’s ‘Orange Alert’ has warned of ‘extremely bad weather’, which could include disruption of roads and railways and disruption of power supply. Similarly, Yellow Alert has been issued for Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal from January 11 to January 13.

Delhi Weather Update: There will be no rain till January 17.

Regarding the national capital, the city is expected to receive significant rainfall and no rain between January 11 and January 17, as there is no further western disturbance. At the same time, with the removal of clouds, mercury will come down. The ongoing rains in the western Himalayas and adjoining plain states of Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab will end.
