Ritesh Batra’s film “Photograph” has received wide acclaim at the Berlin Film Festival. Excited, the makers of ‘Photograph’ have decided to release the film on March 15, 2019. Earlier, it was released on March 7.

The makers of “Photograph” starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Sanya Malhotra have shared a poster on their social media with the new release date and wrote, “March 15 is a #PhotographMovie release in India that has brought the two worlds together. @Riteshbatra

The film ‘Photograph’ previously premiered at the ‘Sundance Film Festival’ as well as the ‘Berlin Film Festival’, one of the most prestigious international film festivals, where the film received rave reviews and critical acclaim.

After a successful collaboration with ‘The Lunch Box’, director Ritesh is back with actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Set against the backdrop of Mumbai’s Dharavi, Nawaz will be seen in the role of a photographer and Sania Malhotra will be seen in the role of an introverted college girl who specializes in her studies.

Written and directed by Ritesh Batra, the photograph is presented by Amazon Studios with The Match Factory. This is director Ritesh Batra’s first film with Sania Malhotra, who was last seen in the blockbuster film ‘Badhai Ho’. Ritesh is working for the second time with the talented Nawazuddin Siddiqui. Sania is currently enjoying the success of her latest release ‘Badhai Ho’.
