He said that Employment Market 1.0 Portal was launched by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in August 2020 on the eve of Corona epidemic. It became a lifeline for unemployed youth as well as small businesses in Delhi. The Deputy Chief Minister said that more than 1.4 million job seekers and 1 million jobs have already been advertised on the portal. The new Employment Market 2.0 portal will bring all the skills training, career guidance and employment related services to the first digital platform of its kind in India.
He added that the platform would also provide other important services. This will include skills, career guidance, expertise certification and automated analytics services. This will help increase the ability of all job seekers to earn a living. Where services such as skills and career guidance will help job seekers build a passionate career.
