Rise in DA: Announcement of increase in inflation deduction, gift to millions of government employees and pensioners

Uttarakhand News: The government has given great relief to public employees and pensioners in Uttarakhand. Prime Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has ordered an increase in the love allowance. Employees will now receive 34% DA after an increase of 3%. The increased inflation subsidy is paid together with the salary in June. From 1 January 2022 to 30 April, the arrears of revised remuneration will be paid in cash.

As soon as the midterm elections in Champawat were held on Tuesday, the Dhami government ended the DA’s waiting time. Employees and pensioners receive an inflation supplement in addition to the e-mail salary in June. Additional Finance Secretary Ganga Prasad ordered an increase in the DA for employees and pensioners with a seventh, sixth and fifth salary scale. Seventh pay scale government employees, supported educational institutions and technical educational institutions, local community bodies, employees responsible for work, teachers and pensioners working on the UGCP scale will receive a 3% increase DA from 1 January 2022.

Below the sixth salary table, the inflation supplement for employees and pensioners has increased by 7%. Now they will get 203% DA. Inflation deduction for employees and pensioners in the fifth salary scale has increased by 13%. They will get 381% DA. Employees will receive increased cash inflation compensation from 1 January 2022 to 30 April. With the increase in DA, the salary of employees will increase from Rs. 1200 to Rs. 5000.
