Jodhpur: Instructions given by the Commissioner of Police in the last crime meeting of the year, remove the adjournment till the end of the year.
Jodhpur, 22 December. The year 2021 is just a few days away. In such a situation, the Commissioner of Police held the last crime review meeting of the year and directed all the police officers to complete the pending cases with crime review by the end of the year. He sought the opinion of each police station officer on the area of their respective police station. The meeting was attended by DCPs of District East and West along with ADCPs and all ACPs and police officers. New police stations were also discussed. Police officers were instructed to install as many CCTV cameras as possible in the city. Police officers were also directed to continue patrolling in their respective areas. He was told to patrol the police station area at night before going home and then send a message and go home. He has also been asked not to leave the police station at 11.30 pm.
Police Commissioner Josmohan held a review meeting with all senior police officers at the Police Line Auditorium on Wednesday. The meeting discussed the implementation of the decision taken in the previous meeting. With this, how to stop the rising crime in the city, how to eliminate the pendency and how to install more CCTV cameras. A detailed report was sought from all the police stations on how many cameras are attached to the command center in which areas, how many cameras are outside the commercial establishments and houses and where the cameras are not installed. Necessary instructions were also given to the police officers to encourage the people to install more CCTV cameras. Discussions were also held on providing more facilities in the newly formed police stations.
