India Box Office Collection Day 8: It has been decided that Salman’s film will not go beyond ‘Uri’
Even on Wednesday, ‘India’ did not show any surprises. Earnings are declining. Its journey, which started with Rs 42 crore, has come down to 15 per cent in just eight days, i.e. to Rs 6 crore. If the film with Salman Khan, Katrina Kaif and Ali is sweating to earn Rs 200 crore, it is a weakness. The total revenue of the film is less than 175 crores. Still waiting for the exact figures.
On Monday, Salman Khan’s ‘Bharat’ earned Rs 9.20 crore. It received Rs 8.30 crore on Tuesday. After earning Rs 27.90 crore on Sunday, the situation is much worse. This picture is still 200 crores away. Touching Rs 200 crore still requires Rs 25 crore which should be available on weekends. Now it can be said for sure that it will not be able to defeat ‘Uri’ which was released this year. At the moment, India is at number two on the list of highest grossing films of the year. Number one is ‘Uri’. About 60 crore back to ‘Uri’. This fall would not have happened if ‘India’ had been praised. It has benefited from the Eid holidays and earned Rs 42.30 on the first day. Experts assumed that the century would be completed in three days, but it did not happen. Three days later, its total revenue was Rs 95.50 crore. It has been released on 4700 screens.
A day later on Friday, some small but good pictures are coming, including Tapsi Pannu’s ‘Game Over’. It will also affect India. ‘Bharat’ is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. One or two minute glimpses of Tabu, Jackie Shroff, Disha Patani can be seen in it. Nora Fatehi still has more space and is totally relying on Sunil Grover. Ali Abbas Zafar, Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif are working together for the third time in ‘Bharat’. Produced by Atul Agnihotri’s Real Life Productions Pvt Ltd and T-Series, Salman’s first release this year.
