Hrithik’s film is based on the life of Anand Kumar, a talented mathematician from Bihar. Now the Guwahati High Court has sent a notice to Anand Kumar to respond to a PIL filed by four IIT students Abinash Baro, Bikash Das, Manjit Dole and Dhaniram Toy. Anand Kumar has failed to answer this at the moment. Student lawyer Amit Goel said the arguments shown in the trailer were sending a wrong message to the general public and the film portrayed Anand Kumar as the protagonist.

Amit Goel said, “The trailer has been released recently. In this Anand Kumar helped the poor children to get admission by teaching in IIT. This film tells the story of Anand Kumar’s struggle, which is completely wrong.

Students also say that many arguments are wrong in Anand Kumar’s biopic which is inspired by Malafide.
