Ingredients for making sattu bread-
– 2 bowls of flour
-1 bowl of seventy flour
– Chop 1 large onion
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic chopped
– 1 tablespoon coriander leaves chopped
– 1 teaspoon mustard oil
– Chop 2 green chillies
– Salt

Method of making Sattur Roti
To make sattu roti, first take a bowl of sattu flour and mix onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, oil, green chillies and salt in it to make a mixture for roti. After that, fill the sattu mixture in the bread flour and roll it like bread. Take a large piece of flour so that it does not break while rolling. Then fry this bread in a pan. This bread can be served with ghee.

Oats bread
Oats are also considered to be extremely beneficial for weight loss. The fiber called beta-glucan present in it quenches hunger for a long time.

Oats Bread Materials –
– 2 cups oats
– 1/2 cup wheat flour
– 1 cup hot water

To make oats bread, first grind the oats in a grinder. After that, mix wheat flour and oats in a bowl. You can also make oatmeal bread. Now heat the water, beat the oats flour with this water. After that, you can make oat bread as ordinary bread.

Soy contains low in calories, vitamins, protein, iron, potassium and calcium, it helps you lose weight.

Ingredients for making soy bread
– 1 cup wheat flour
– 3 tablespoons soy flour
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt

Method of making soy bread
First take the soy and wheat flour in a bowl, butter it and cover for 15 minutes to set. Now beat this flour again with oil. So that the flour is slightly softer. Now bake these loaves in a pan like ordinary wheat flour loaves.
