One of two goals on the map must be destroyed with a single bomb, or all rival players must be eliminated. The round is won and a point is awarded to the first side to either take down one of the goals or eliminate every opponent player in the allotted two minutes.
In this round-based game, two teams of four to six players compete against one another.
One of two goals on the map must be destroyed with a single bomb, or all rival players must be eliminated. The round is won and a point is awarded to the first side to either take down one of the goals or eliminate every opponent player in the allotted two minutes. The game will be won by the first team to rack up four points. At the end of each round, teams will exchange sides.
In this mode, there will only be one bomb accessible. The other players must pick up the bomb and carry out the task if the person who is holding it is dead. The device is planted in 5 seconds, and it is defused in 7.5 seconds. The round timer will change to a 45-second timer after the bomb has been detonated. The team on defense will score a point if the bomb is neutralized.
Objective of Search and Destroy
One team is designated as the attacking team at the start of a round, and the other team is designated as the defensive team. The assaulting team’s spawn point is not far from a bomb that can only be carried by one person at a time. When the player carrying the bomb is dead, the bomb falls to the ground. As soon as the round starts, the timer begins to run. The game is won by the first team to win four rounds.
The two teams trade roles for the next two rounds once the first three rounds are complete. If more rounds are required, the two teams switch off in each round.
Either destroy a goal or eliminate all opponents. Plant the bomb on any of the two goals, denoted as an A or a B, and then protect it until there isn’t enough time to disarm it. Keep in mind that the bomb can kill both the person who put it and any adversaries nearby. In the Hardcore Ricochet mode, if a teammate is nearby and the player who planted the bomb is still alive, the explosion will also kill the planter.
Depending on the fuse duration of the bomb, time is extended if a player plants the bomb in the last seconds of the allotted time. In any particular Search and Destroy game, the attackers will often have an edge since they may pick which bomb site to assault, whilst the defenders must divide their resources between the two goals.
Destroy every adversary, hold them off until the clock runs out, or neutralize a placed explosive. Keep in mind that using the default settings requires 5 seconds to detonate the bomb. The attackers can still win the round if the bomb goes off even after all foes have been vanquished. No matter how many assailants are still alive, victory is achieved as soon as the bomb is defused. Bomb defusing is a highly noisy process that may be heard quite a distance away.
No matter how many attackers and defenders are still alive if no bomb sites are destroyed, the defensive side prevails if the time limit is reached. If neither location is bombed within the allotted time and at least one defender is still alive, the defending side can also prevail. Additionally, a player should be aware that the timer is briefly suspended when a bomb is put in until it is defused or explodes.
Weapons That Are Highly Mobile – Players rush in to defend or assault goals within the first minute of each round, which may make or break a game. The advantage will be enormous if you can position yourself in a favorable way sooner than your competitors, hence mobility is essential.
Simple to Control and Quick to React – There is no room for mistakes because there are only 6 players and a limited time restriction. You don’t want to be struggling with your weapon’s recoil or being outgunned in circumstances that your weapon can’t handle. Choose weapons you can use to perform or at least control.
Simple to obtain – The attainability of a weapon is taken into account in the assessment since a weapon that is locked behind several hoops and loops may be difficult to get and is impractical as suggested.
Tips For Search And Destroy
No resurrects or respawns – In contrast to Cyber Attack Mode, there are no respawns available in Search And Destroy, and the dead cannot be resurrected to rejoin the battle. Up to the beginning of a new round, death is final.
Grab the bomb before you go – Someone has to pick up the explosives for the assailants. Make careful to share the objective with your squad as only the person who has it may use it to arm themselves.
Move In An Uneven Manner – Change your movement patterns regularly when you approach the target while the attacker is bursting in at the beginning of an assault. Move-in jagged lines, slide around, etc. to divert the adversary’s attention.
