Mumbai: Breakfast is a very important meal – it can either make or break your day. The body engine runs smoothly. There are many benefits to having breakfast. The energy required for the body is constantly supplied through it. It is a perfect food because it contains grains, pohe, idli, porridge and eggs.

So it is always advisable to avoid breakfast. Avoiding breakfast has a direct effect on the body.

Let’s take a look at the consequences of skipping breakfast.

Heart disease
People who eat a healthy breakfast have a much lower risk of heart disease. People who do not eat breakfast have heart and other health problems.

Risk of type 2 diabetes
An observation from the Harvard University School of Public Health has revealed a link between eating habits and their health effects. More than 46,000 women participated in the observation mission for almost six years. The results of this observation were shocking.

Women who do not eat breakfast have the highest risk of developing type 2 diabetes. The risk of type 2 diabetes is found in 54 percent of women who are busy at work and do not eat breakfast.

Obesity
Numerous observations have also shown that not eating breakfast can cause obesity. So when it comes to weight loss, don’t skip breakfast.

Wearing hair
If you like your hair, never skip breakfast. The amount of protein in the body decreases if you do not eat breakfast. It has a direct effect on keratin levels. This causes hair growth to stop and hair to fall out. So make sure to have a protein snack for thick and strong hair.
