Gyanvapi Masjid Survey Live: In the Gyanvapi case, the hearing was completed amid heated debate between the two sides. Following the debate, the court removed Ajay Mishra, the court commissioner appointed to conduct the survey in the case. In his place the other two commissioners Vishal Singh and Ajay Pratap Singh will present the final report of the survey. The court has given him two days to submit the report. It may be mentioned that in the Gyanwapi case, the three court commissioners had today requested for extension of time in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division. Assistant Court Commissioner Ajay Singh told media that the report is yet to be prepared.
Meanwhile, the plaintiff requested that the wall around Shringar Ghori be removed and a court commissioner be appointed to survey the closed basement in front of Nandi. Meanwhile, before the court commissioner submitted his survey report, the public prosecutor filed another petition. He requested the court to separate the tap and water pipeline in the wazkhana due to its sealing.
Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is scheduled to hear the petition of the mosque committee against the survey in Gyanwapi today. A bench of Justice DY Chandra Choudh and Justice PS Narasimha will hear the petition. Anjuman-e-Insafiya Masjid Committee has filed a petition challenging the decision of the High Court. On the other hand, Hindu Sena has filed a petition in the Supreme Court against the demand for ban on Gyanwapi mosque survey. The Hindu Sena has demanded that the petition be dismissed with a fine and that it be made a party to the case.
