According to the British newspaper ‘Eastern Eye’, Saroj Khan has choreographed the song for the film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The song topped the list for decades because of its fast and complex dance moves.

The song ‘Jab Peer Kiya To Dorna Keya’ from the 1960 classic film Mughal-e-Azam is at number two on the list of ’50 Best Bollywood Dance Numbers’. Number three is the song ‘Ek Do Tin …’ from the 1988 film Tejab.
