What was the matter
We tell you that on Saturday 7th May Indigo stopped a disabled child from boarding a plane at Ranchi Airport because he was nervous. When the boy was prevented from boarding the airline’s Ranchi-Hyderabad flight, his parents also decided not to board the plane. Indigo clarified that a disabled child was detained for the safety of other passengers. The staff waited until the last minute for him to calm down, but to no avail. The airline offered him accommodation at the hotel and he left for his destination the next morning. “We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused passengers,” IndiGo said.
