In a letter to Prasoon Joshi, chairman of the censor board, Prithvi Musk, president of the organization, said that the toilet overflow scene shown in the trailer was incorrect as no such incident had been reported from any jail. “If the censor board does not take action, the organization will be forced to go to court and we will demand suspension of the film,” the letter said. There is also a demand for apology by omitting this scene from the film. The letter has also been sent to producer Bidhu Binod Chopra, director Rajkumar Hirani and actor Ranbir Kapoor.
